I reserve the right to be more lenient in grading my products.
I strive to uphold the quality standard I've held from the start. But as these products are handcrafted items by a third party, I do not have control over what gets sent to me. That being said, I may base the standard of grading on the overall quality of the batch to match the required orders sent out. This is to prevent losses and overstocks.
If you receive an item that is not to the standard expected, they may be subject to compensation provided sufficient cause and evidence is presented.

Please provide a raw, unedited unboxing video of the SEALED package and the items within. No video = no case.
✤ REPLACEMENTS apply to the following:
1. Incorrect order(s)
2. Missing item(s)
For incorrect orders, you may be requested to send the items in question to a different buyer. All shipping fees will be waived. In some cases, if it's just one or two items, please consider them as a gift :)
✤ RETURNS: I will not and do not accept returns if the reason is "I don't want it anymore" after the package has been received.
✤ REFUNDS:
1. PREORDER ITEMS, see next section.
2. For ON HAND/IN STOCK items, a penalty fee of 25% of the total item cost will be applied.

Every order received is accounted for in production. Once the order to the manufacturer has been made, it is already considered exhausted funds.
Buyers have 1 week after POs have closed to request for cancelation/refund.
If the cancelation/refund request is made after the orders have been submitted to the manufacturer or are already in production, no refunds will be issued. This is non-negotiable.
You may transfer the sale to a different buyer in this case.
!! TIMELINE !!
PREORDERS TAKE A LONG TIME. I cannot stress this enough.
Some products take faster to produce (acrylic charms, washi tapes, etc). However, as majority of my products are enamel pins, these take much, much longer.
Based on previous and current experiences, my pins can take an average of 4-6 months to produce and process, or may even extend up to A YEAR or more. This is due to the intricacy, production method, and quantity, and also the commitment of the manufacturer.
Delays are not unusual especially for handcrafted items, however there are certain cases that the product requires more time to perfect.
Please consider these carefully. I urge you to keep an open mind, flexible expectations, and have a considerable reservoir of PATIENCE if you choose to order. Not recommended for impatient or sensitive buyers.

— [ COMBINING ORDERS ]
I will only allow combined orders if a previous order has not been shipped out (shipping fee adjustment will apply). Please email me if you have multiple orders. No email = no combined orders.
I cannot keep your order with me for too long due to limited storage space and it gets confusing after a while. ><
— [ EU VAT CHARGES ]
All orders from the EU will be charged the VAT fees before shipment. Bigcartel does not calculate VAT fees upon check out so I will do it manually. Please check your emails regularly for any notices regarding these charges.
— [ SHIPPING ]
All shipments are tracked by default. The delivery time is typically 10-15 business days, however this may differ depending on the current shipping conditions to your country.
Tracking numbers will only become active once your items have reached the courier's hub in Singapore. They can be tracked via 17track.net.
Please note that I will not be able to track all orders, so it is the buyers' responsibility to do so.
If you prefer other shipping services such as FedEx, please contact me after placing your order so we can make the proper adjustments.
Once a package is out of my hands, I no longer have control over it. That being said, I will not be liable for any damages caused by the improper handling of the courier or buyer.
✤ RTS (Return to Sender)
If the package was returned for any reason (unclaimed, buyer unavailable, incorrect address, etc.), the average time for it to reach me is at least 6 months and will include duties and taxes.
If the return is found to be due to the buyer's negligence (incorrect address, not claimed, moved to a different address without prio notice, etc), the fees will be charged to the buyer on top of the second shipping fee to have it resent.
✤ DAMAGES
I am not liable for any damages incurred during shipment and/or especially mishandling by the buyer/receiver. No compensation will apply.
I make absolutely certain that orders are properly and securely packed before they are shipped to avoid this situation. However, if the damage is due to my neglect and proven so by the unboxing video, I will replace the item(s) and waive the shipping fees.
✤ MISSING PACKAGES
I am not be liable for any missing packages due, but not limited, to:
1. Customs hold;
2. Courier mishandling;
3. Incorrect buyer info provided;
4. Change of address without prior notice
Please always make sure to put the correct address when you check out, or contact me ASAP if you wish to change it.
If you would like to investigate the whereabouts of your package, I can help with filing a report to your post office via the courier. But please manage your expectations here as well since any information given to me is limited to what the courier relays, and the courier is dependent on the cooperation of the post office responsible for the delivery. Please immediately file a report to your local post office as well.
