Info & TOS

Hi! Thank you for visiting my shop!

Make reading a habit. :) These apply to any purchases/transactions made within or outside my online shop. Not reading my TOS does not exempt you from them, so please take a moment to read and understand.

By placing an order from my shop means you agree with my TOS.



QUALITY

I reserve the right to be more lenient in grading my products.

I strive to uphold the quality standard I've held from the start. But as production of these items are out of my hands, I do not have control over what gets sent to me. That being said, I may base the standard of grading on the overall quality of the batch to match the required orders sent out. This is to prevent losses and overstocking of items caused by ordering a new replacement batch. 

If the buyer receives an item that is not to the standard expected, they may be subject to compensation provided sufficient cause and evidence is presented.

REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

These are generally not encouraged.
But there may be circumstances that require it. 

Please provide an unboxing video of the sealed package and the items within. Without it, I cannot make the proper determinations whether to return/replace and/or refund.

- REPLACEMENTS:
Should an incorrect item find its way in the package, buyer has the option to return the item or not. If yes, Buyer will shoulder the shipping fees. But please note that replacement of damaged items due to mishandling by buyer or courier will not be accepted. 

- RETURNS: I will not and do not accept returns if the reason is "I don't want it anymore" after the package has been received.

- REFUNDS:
> PREORDER ITEMS, see next section. 
> For ON HAND/IN STOCK items, a penalty fee of 25% of the total item cost will be applied.



PREORDER ITEMS 

Every order received is accounted for in production. Once the order to the manufacturer has been made, it is already considered exhausted funds.

Buyer has 1 week after POs have closed to request for cancelation/refund. 

If the cancelation/refund request is made after the orders have been submitted to the manufacturer, a partial refund will be issued of ONLY the following: shipping fees (if any) and PayPal fees. This is non-negotiable. 


- TIMELINE

PREORDERS TAKE A LONG TIME.

Compared to on hand items, production of preorder items begin only after the orders are secured. The average time to produce a MOQ of 100 pins is at least 1~1.5 months (plus buffer). More pins = more production time. 

My pins take an average of 4-6 months to produce and process. This is due to the intricacy, production method, and quantity. 

Please consider this carefully. I urge you to keep an open mind, flexible expectations, and have a considerable reservoir of PATIENCE if you choose to join. Not recommended for impatient or sensitive buyers.



GROUP ORDERS

Group orders, especially big ones, are the last ones to be sent out as these take more time to prepare compared to individual orders. I tend to group FedEx shipments together so I can schedule one or two pick ups rather than several in the same week.



COMBINING ORDERS

I will only allow combined orders if:
- A previous order has not been shipped out (shipping fee adjustment may apply);
- Combining two consecutive POs.

I cannot keep your order with me for too long due to limited storage space and it gets confusing after a while. ><



SHIPPING  

All shipments are tracked by default. The delivery time is typically 10-15 business days, however this may differ depending on the current shipping conditions to your country. Tracking numbers may take a day or so to reflect on the system, which can be tracked via 17track.net.

Should the buyer prefer other shipping services such as FedEx, please contact me after placing your order so we can make the proper adjustments.

Once a package is out of my hands, I no longer have control over it. That being said, I will not be liable for any damages caused by the improper handling of the courier or buyer. 


- RTS (Return to Sender)

If the package was returned for any reason (unclaimed, buyer unavailable, incorrect address, etc.), the package will be sent back to me.

Please remember that RTS usually takes a few months to return and also incurs duties and taxes as they pass through borders. Responsibility of fees will be determined pending an investigation as to why the package was returned.

If it is found that the buyer is at fault for giving the wrong information at check out without amendment, these fees shall be shouldered by the buyer on top of the second shipping fee. If it is found that the oversight is on my side, then I will be responsible for all fees and shipping.



MISSING PACKAGES

I will not be liable for any missing packages due to having been given the incorrect shipping information, or because there has been a change in address without prior notice. I copy and paste the information provided on the order submitted. So please make sure to put the correct address when you check out, or contact me ASAP if you wish to change it. 



VAT CHARGES 

Shouldered by the buyer. MyKartero fees are already inclusive of VAT.



SHIPPING SCHEDULE 

MyKartero pickups are every Wednesday, and occasionally Fridays as per courier advisory.

FedEx pick ups are either Friday, Saturday or the Monday after.



DAMAGES

I am not liable for any damages incurred during shipment. I make absolutely certain that orders are properly packed before they are shipped to avoid any mishaps. Should the package arrive in poor condition and the items inside are damaged, I will require an unboxing video. If the damage is due to my neglect and proven so, I will replace the item and shoulder the shipping fees.
