This is a reiteration of what I've posted on Twitter with a bit more additional and/or revised information. Failure to read this does not exempt you from it, so please read carefully and I recommend bookmarking this page for your future reference.

— [ PREORDER PERIOD ]
PO DATES:
DEC 28, 2023 - open for 24 hrs or until allocated stocks last.
JAN 3, 2024 - open until all stocks are sold out.
— I've divided the PO into two days as a preemptive move avoid the same problem with PayPal as before. This will allow me some time to move funds around as I still have a limit on the amount I can receive.
If listed stocks are exhausted before the 24 hour period is over on the 28th, I may open an additional LIMITED batch for that pin on the 3rd.
!! Please take note that should I reach the PayPal limit before stocks are out, I may close the shop without prior notice. !!
— [ COMBINING ORDERS ]
With production taking longer than expected and with the limited storage space I now have at home, I have to suspend combining orders with other Genshin batches indefinitely.
However, if you have an order or want to order an item that is not from this series and is already in hand in my shop, I'll be able to combine it. Please state so in the notes. As a general rule: No explicit instruction to combine, I will ship separately.

I will NOT be holding any group orders for the foreseeable future.
However, I can do CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING. If you'd like to combine your order with other people within your area or those you know to save on shipping costs, please let me know before I ship out. Or if you have a consol or a GOM you trust, you may contact to make arrangements.
— [ PAYMENTS ]
Payments will be made in two:
— 1ST payment: for the item itself via BigCartel check out;
— 2nd payment: combined shipping fees of CN to PH and PH to buyer to be collected via PayPal invoice before ship out.
— [ PRODUCTION TIME ]
PRODUCTION PERIOD TAKES A LOOOONG TIME. The average production time takes about 3-6 months excluding shipping and delivery times, and should there be any issues with quality — or, god forbid, Customs — this timeline can extend a few more months.
A disclaimer with regards to shipping from PH to buyer: I am only one person handling everything. I get help every once in a while, but majority of the time I overseee my projects from start to finish alone. If you're a new buyer (hello! welcome! ^^) full disclosure: I take a long time to ship out.
So please keep in mind: IF YOU ARE AN IMPATIENT AND/OR SENSITIVE BUYER, PLEASE RECONSIDER BUYING.

I am currently unable to ship to Russia, China, and certain areas in EU and LATAM. EU orders are subject to VAT.
— [ REFUNDS ]
Refunds are highly discouraged. I will only refund PayPal fees and shipping fees (if any) once production as begun.
In the event that a refund is necessary due to the item being damaged in transit, I can offer a 25% refund of the total item price only; shipping fees cannot be refunded as shipment has already been paid for. A "change of mind" will not be accepted as a reason.
No unboxing video = no refund.
