Genshin Impact: Kanzashi Series Preorder Information

Before placing an order for the Genshin Impact: Kanzashi Series, please take a few moments to read through this page carefully.

This page expands on the information previously shared on my social media and includes additional updates and clarifications specific to this preorder. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the information outlined below, as well as my Shop Terms of Service.

Please note that the information on this page applies not only to this preorder cycle, but all future cycles of the same series. General shop policies—including cancellations, refunds, shipping, pin grading, and order claims—are governed by my Shop Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will take precedence unless otherwise stated here.


✦ Preorder Schedule

• Start: July 15, 2026, 11pm Manila (GMT +8) 
• End: July 25, 2026, 11pm Manila (GMT +8) — EXTENDED!

The preorder period may be closed early at my discretion if all available slots or stock allocations have been filled.

Please note that if my PayPal receiving limit is reached before all allocated stocks have sold out, I may temporarily close the shop without prior notice until I am able to continue processing orders.


✦ Available Grades

Available stocks are categorized into the following grades:

• Standard — guaranteed Standard / A grade pins
• Best of — see notes*
• Seconds / B grades — noticeable flaws but definitely not C grades

"Best Of" pins are selected from the highest-quality portion of the production run. These pins will range from high-quality Standard Grade to exceptional midgrades, depending on the overall manufacturing results. Whenever Standard Grade pins are available, they will be prioritized for Best Of orders.

In the event that sufficient Best Of-quality pins cannot be obtained due to manufacturing defects, affected orders will be placed on hold while replacement pins are remade. Customers will be notified if this occurs.


✦ Current Pricing

Since the last preorder cycle, manufacturing, material, and operating costs have increased. As a result, prices have been adjusted to reflect current production costs while allowing me to maintain the quality and sustainability of future releases.

• Standard: USD $40-$47.50
• Best Of: USD $40-$47.50
• Seconds: USD $35

Please note that prices may vary depending on the complexity of each design. Pins with more intricate features, additional manufacturing processes, or higher production costs may be priced accordingly.

Final pricing for each design will always be listed on its respective product page at the time of purchase.


✦ Purchasing Options

In addition to ordering through Shinohara Shop, customers located in the United States may also purchase this release through Alchemy Art, who will be hosting a separate allocation exclusively for US customers.

Alchemy Art will not be accepting orders from customers outside the United States.

This option is intended to simplify fulfillment for customers in the United States and may help reduce domestic shipping times once inventory is available in the US.

Orders placed through Alchemy Art are not shipped directly from the manufacturer. Instead, all inventory is first shipped from the manufacturer in China to me in the Philippines, where every pin is individually quality checked, graded, and sorted. The inventory allocated for Alchemy Art is then shipped in bulk from the Philippines to the United States before individual orders are fulfilled.

Because of this additional fulfillment step, orders placed through Alchemy Art are subject to a migration fee (inventory transfer fee). This fee covers the cost of transporting inventory from the Philippines to the United States, including international freight and any applicable import charges, such as customs duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Eligible combined orders include:

• Multiple orders placed during the same preorder cycle.
• In-stock items currently available in my shop.

Please indicate your request (including all order numbers to combine) in the Order Notes during checkout.

Orders without a request to combine will be shipped separately by default.


✦ Group Orders

I will not be hosting official group orders for this release. However, if you and friends in the same area would like your orders shipped together to reduce shipping costs, you are welcome to arrange this yourselves.


✦ Payment

Payment for this series will be collected in two stages:

— First Payment

• Product price
• Paid during checkout via Bigcartel

— Second Payment

• Combined international and domestic shipping fees (China → Philippines → Buyer)
• Collected via PayPal Invoice once production is complete and your order is ready to ship

✦ Production Timeline

Please note that enamel pin production requires a considerable amount of time.

Production typically takes approximately 4–6 months, excluding international shipping, customs processing, and final delivery to buyers. Depending on manufacturing complexity, quality control, or customs delays, this timeline may be extended - in some cases, over a year.

As an independent artist, I personally manage every stage of my projects—from communication with the manufacturer and quality inspection to packaging and shipping. While I occasionally receive assistance, the vast majority of orders are processed by me alone.

Because of this, I dispatch orders on a semimonthly shipping schedule once products arrive.

If you prefer receiving merchandise quickly or are uncomfortable with extended production and fulfillment timelines, I kindly recommend waiting until items become available as in-stock purchases.

✦ Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability is subject to postal service operations and carrier restrictions.

In the event that shipping to a particular country or region is suspended, affected customers will be contacted directly whenever possible. This section will also be updated as new information becomes available.


✦ Refunds

Please refer to my Shop Terms of Service for my complete Refund Policy.

In summary:

• In-stock orders may only be refunded prior to shipment.

• Preorders may only be cancelled before they have been submitted to the manufacturer for production.

• Once a preorder has been submitted to the manufacturer or entered production, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within the timeframe stated in my Terms of Service and include all required videos/photographs and documentation so I can review your claim.

Please note that claims relating to shipping damage require an unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be denied.

Refunds or replacements remain subject to the conditions outlined in my Terms of Service.
